-Anonymous

"The beauty of a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows, and the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years."

- Audrey Hepburn

I am just like you

A MIDDLE-AGED WOMAN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO INCREASE HAPPINESS, GRATITUDE, AND JOY IN MY LIFE.

I’ve been a women’s life coach for a few years and love helping those like me. Life has been anything but what I had expected. On the surface, life at this age can feel anything but beautiful. Raising children, navigating love and loss, and rebuilding new love, moments of struggling with lack of purpose, perplexed with the complexity that can come with this stage of life. So many changing relationships new and old, balancing my new role of adult children, grandchildren, and aging parents, career pursuits, building retirement, and all alongside marvelous menopause and growing health concerns that become prevalent at this age

I have a degree in health, wellness, and psychology, an M.Ed, and an MBA along with 17 years as a master educator. What has helped me most through these difficult times is reaching into my own acquired toolbox and using the tools I teach every day. What I teach through proven philosophies and strategies has helped me gain greater confidence, enjoy more peace in the midst of difficulty, and realize that my life is truly beautiful.

YOURS IS TOO

My Dear Friend,

As you journey through midlife, I want to remind you of the incredible beauty that resides within you. Your wisdom, resilience, and life experience have sculpted a unique masterpiece of strength and grace that has purpose.

In this chapter of your life, embrace the beauty of authenticity and self-discovery. Cherish the moments of growth and transformation, for they are the brushstrokes that paint the canvas of your beautiful life.

Remember that beauty is not defined by age or outward appearance, but by the depth of your character, the kindness in your heart, and the passion you exude in your purpose.

Embrace your quirks, celebrate your successes, and honor your journey with compassion and self-love.

You hold within you the power to create a life filled with joy, purpose, and fulfillment. Embrace the possibilities that lie ahead, and know that your potential is limitless.

So, my dear friend, with confidence and courage live each day with intention, gratitude, and an unwavering belief in your own beauty and worth.

Here's to living a life as beautiful and extraordinary as you are.

With love and adoration,

xoxo, Karyn
